In the financial year of 2024–25, Trimenco CIC, a dedicated training, mentoring, and coaching organisation, remained steadfast in its commitment to fostering positive change for both our beneficiaries and the wider community. Throughout this period, Trimenco actively initiated a diverse range of programmes aimed at tackling prevalent social and economic challenges. Central to our mission, Trimenco spearheaded sustainable development programmes, notably The Becoming Programme, designed to empower women in overcoming personal and professional barriers. This comprehensive initiative provides tailored support across various avenues, including education, employment, and training, equipping women with the skills and resources necessary for their holistic growth. Additionally, Trimenco extended its support to neurodiverse small business owners, recognising and addressing the unique challenges they face in their daily operations. Through targeted assistance and guidance, we enhanced the resilience and success of neurodiverse entrepreneurs, fostering inclusivity and diversity within the business landscape.
