The principal activity of the company continued to be that of provision of government funded classroom based learning and Apprenticeships to 16 - 18 year olds and adults, for Beauty Therapy, Hair & Media Make Up and Hairdressing Diploma programmes, Health & Fitness Diplomas and Certificates and Apprenticeships in Beauty, Retail, Management, Team leading, Customer Service, Business Administration and Hospitality industries. RESULTS AND DIVIDENDS The results for the year are set out on page 10. Ordinary dividends were paid amounting to £30,000. The directors do not recommend payment of a final dividend.
