The objects of the Company are to carry on activities which benefit the community and in particular (without limitation): - Connect, amplify, and build a network and community of Music of Black Origin (MOBO) artists in or from Wales - Nurture, support talent via one to one mentoring via the talent bank of at least 50% or more from Black, ethnic or minority backgrounds - Discover, develop pathways (new, relevant talent support networks) - Educate, operate, and open up opportunities (take away barriers with applications, identify talent for funding opportunities) - Platform with online activity, local showcases, and representation further afield - Highlight black talent in all aspects of the work - web development, talent mentoring, film makers, photographers, artwork, finance, business, legal - To commit and strive to achieve a workforce made up of 50% or more of people, or are considered at a disadvantage from finding employment in the open labour market - To create a workplace that is supportive, inclusive, enabling, and progressive and recognises the ability of its work force
