During the financial year ending 31st May 2025, the company’s activity shifted from early-stage engagement towards a more organised and delivery-focused approach. Greater emphasis was placed on testing ideas, refining programmes, and preparing services for wider use. Work carried out during the year included: Developing and maintaining relationships with community organisations, faith groups, and educational settings. Gathering practical feedback from stakeholders to shape training content and learning materials. Providing ongoing access to free online learning materials via the company website. Using digital channels to share information and support awareness of conflict transformation. Finalising the design of a structured ten-week wellbeing programme, ‘exploring anxiety in nature’. Delivering a small-scale reconciliation training activity with a local community group. Maintaining dialogue with local decision-makers and community representatives on relationship-based approaches to conflict. The above activities contributed to community benefit by improving understanding of conflict, supporting emotional awareness, and helping individuals and groups develop more constructive ways of relating to one another
