Youth Kent CIC is a community interest company whose principal activity is providing youth engagement programmes and community initiatives in the Medway area of Kent. During the year ended 31 July 2025, the company's principal activities included: - Operating weekly Youth Hub sessions providing a safe and structured environment for young people - Organising and running football and badminton sports tournaments bringing together young people from across the local area - Delivering boxing and fitness training programmes focused on discipline, confidence and physical wellbeing - Providing Street Treats food and refreshment provision to ensure activities are accessible to all participants - Delivering community engagement initiatives to reduce anti-social behaviour and promote social cohesion among BAME youth in Medway - Developing volunteer and coaching structures to support programme delivery The company received grant funding from Kent Community Foundation and continued to utilise Sport England funding during the year. All income was reinvested directly into community activities in accordance with the company's asset lock obligations as a Community Interest Company.
