The principal activity of the Company is the provision of debt management and recovery services, software and consultancy services to clients within the regulated financial services sector, and outsourced business support services to clients. The sale of Company's mortgage servicing business was completed on 13 October 2025. The business was classified as held-for-sale at 31 December 2024 and the resulting loss on disposal has been recognised in the income statement for the current year (refer to note 6). During the year, the Company transferred trade and assets related to the motor finance business to Capita Customer Management Limited (refer to note 19).
