Wellbeing Workshops Devon CIC delivers online, and in-person wellbeing interventions consisting of psychoeducation and positive psychology elements to improve the community’s wellbeing and develop their skills, knowledge and understanding for them to be able to manage and maintain their own wellbeing. We also provide resources to enable the community to support elements of their physical wellbeing such as home energy efficient packs. This year we have delivered 16 wellbeing workshop series across the South and East Devon Coast and online. Working with over 350 members of the community this year alone within multiple areas of deprivation in Devon. The members of the community have commented that our services have supported them to: • Manage their wellbeing more effectively • Improve their ability to open up to people around them • Helped them to understand themselves • Improve their subjective wellbeing • Increase their hope and optimism and make them excited for life again • Improve their relationships • Improve their life satisfaction • Reduce their energy bills • Feel more resilient in times of adversity, such as the cost-of-living crisis • Improve their physical wellbeing as they have been able to heat their homes
