Well Now, Health And Wellbeing Centre CIC

We provide support for those with mental health issues and offer wellness tools to help support the individuals' return to health. Isolation and poverty is behind a lot of the people we work with, so signposting to get the appropriate help is fundamental to their wellbeing. We offer a drop-in facility where people can chat and feel connected, and actively encourage coffee catch-up with peers. We offer one-to-one sessions, group activities, wellbeing training, and workshops. We leave it up to the client when they are happy to move on from individual support to group work, everyone gets tools for managing their own well-being away from the centre, we have an evening available for people to drop in as well.
