Transformational Technologies Partnership Limited

The Company continues to work with partners in the Further and Higher Education sectors, and employers to deliver higher level skills in Construction, Advanced Manufacturing, Digital and Healthcare Technology. The Company has worked with five partners during the year to deliver programmes within these areas. This included three Further Education colleges, a University and an employer. The Directors have reviewed the Company’s operating model and agreed with partners to revise the licence fee agreement to provide more financial resilience. Following the success of the IoT which was launched in 2021, the College is broadening its scope beyond the IoT based on the opportunities presented by the West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA) inclusive growth framework. The aim is to offer programmes that will support local business, enhance energy efficiency in homes and buildings, and reduce carbon emissions. The College has therefore confirmed it no longer intends to deliver education and training under the terms of the BCMIoT licence and will take the opportunity to expand provision at the IoT location with a growing emphasis on Automotive and Green Skills provision.
