The company’s principal activity continues to be helping schools improve outcomes and life chances through equipping leaders at every level. As a leadership network, there remains a clear commitment to helping school leaders create change, tackle the challenging issues and to spend time both on the issues of now, as well as the issues of tomorrow. We continue to work with schools from all backgrounds and contexts and across the 4-18 age range. We work with those in Multi Academy Trusts, in other national groups and those who are in Local Authorities. The organisation remains absolutely committed to walking alongside school leaders and with their colleagues so that they, and their students can thrive. We continue to develop innovative ways of networking, collaborating and supporting schools, from open days to interactive conferences and resources. This year has been the first year of our unlimited offer of support to schools through our new online portal; schools are able to book their staff on to a vast range of Surgeries or Improving Outcomes meetings, as often as they want, addressing the needs they have, at no additional cost.
