The online community continued to expand as we increased our reach across social media platforms. Free resources provided by The People’s Health Alliance (PHA) included webinars, workshops and articles, resources that help empower people to take responsibility for their health. The launch of our podcast ‘Powered by The People’ included a Mental Wellbeing series featuring real life stories by people who have overcome their mental health challenges, shared to inspire others. In addition, the Modality Series was created to enable people to learn about different modalities, providing education & choices in addressing health & wellbeing. In January 2025, a community initiative Connect the Dots was birthed. This initiative focuses on inspiring and growing community groups across the UK, whilst building the foundations of health support for these local groups through our Practitioner Directory. We also expanded our Newsletters to weekly and saw an increase in subscribers & read rates. All newsletters seek feedback from readers & provide opportunities to share ideas, experiences & recommendations.
