The Highrise Project CIC

The Highrise Project is a community interest company created to work with marginalised communities through the arts. These include residents of social housing, migrant communities, unemployed people, and those with mental and physical health issues. These activities will support individuals to develop new and existing skills and to give people a voice to affect change in their local area. Creative Community Art space – developing and creating spaces to bring people together from diverse backgrounds, including residents of social housing, artists and creative practioners who have experience of or are living in social housing, mental and physical health difficultuies, from migrant communities, unemployed people,Including hosting Edeks Doodle chat, digital arts skills workshops and community exhibitions. Digital Inclusion and Digital art skills development - running 1:1 and group sessions for basic digital skills supported by Good Things Foundation, and providing access to digital data through the data bank. Providing 1:1 digital arts skills support. Providing access. Including contributing to reports about digital inclusion in older people.
