The Dames Commander Society CIC

This was the first full year of operation for the Dames Commander Society CIC. The principal activity of the company is to operate as a Community Interest Company supporting the work of the Dames Commander Society. The Society seeks to bring together Dames Commanders and Grand Dames Cross across multiple orders to provide a forum for collaboration, mentorship, and public engagement, while highlighting issues of wider societal importance. During the reporting period the directors focused on establishing the governance, financial infrastructure, and organisational foundations required to support the Society’s mission. Activities included developing the membership network, convening workshops and events, establishing advisory and board structures, and initiating programmes to support mentoring, communication, and social impact work.
