Stress Monkey Club CIC

The principal activity pf the CIC is the provision of therapeutic services to support mental and physical health within local communities particularly addressing the growing concern of mental health issues and physical ailments. The effort is focussed on the Isle of Lewis and Harris where the unique geographic issues often results in isolation for residents limiting access to diverse activities beneficial for personal and communal well being. The CIC offers inclusive programs regardless of economic status, age or geographic location
