Stony Stratford Town Football Club CIC
Stony Stratford Town Football Club CIC Directors' Report Period ended 30 September 2025 The directors present their report and the unaudited financial statements of the company for the period from 12 September 2024 to 30 September 2025. Principal Activities The principal activity of the company is the operation of a community interest football club providing accessible grassroots football for the local community. During the period the club provided regular competitive and development football for over 300 players across more than 20 youth teams from Under-7 through to Under-18, alongside a Men's First Team, a Veterans side and girls' teams at U11, U14 and U16 level. Financial Review The club generated turnover of £106,891 during the period and recorded a profit before tax of £9,115. The directors are pleased with this result for the club's first period of trading as a CIC, and the healthy cash position of £75,814 at the period end provides a solid foundation for future development. We collect 70% of players subs by offering an "early bird" discount by 31st August, so this ensures we have money in the bank to cover the forthcoming season. Community Benefit Stony Stratford Town FC provides a structured and safe environment for young people in the Stony Stratford and wider Milton Keynes area to participate in regular physical activity and develop sporting, personal and social skills. All coaching staff hold relevant FA qualifications and safeguarding certifications. The club works in partnership with the Football Association to access funding and development support, and holds an Annual General Meeting open to all members.
