Management Company for the wider St Aubyn Estates The company provides services to the family estate, including estate management, land & property management, finance, payroll, marketing and administration. The family estate incorporates a number of Trusts, partnerships and sole trading businesses which include the operation of the visitor attraction of St Michael’s Mount and land across West Cornwall. Business Operations Two principal business trades are carried out under St Aubyn Estates Limited, being: Hospitality – the operation of the Beach Box. Building and Construction – a building company with particular expertise in the heritage sector, trading as Cornish Heritage Builders.
