Settled Transition CIC

Settled Transition CIC is a Community Interest Company established to support migrants and their families living and working in Shropshire. The company provides peer-led, culturally sensitive wellbeing support, community events, education, and advocacy services to help migrants understand UK culture, navigate everyday life, and maintain their wellbeing in a new environment. The company's work is guided by the Wellbeing Wheel framework, addressing seven dimensions of wellbeing: physical, psychological, financial, social, spiritual, environmental, and intellectual and occupational wellbeing. The company's primary beneficiaries are migrants and their families in Shropshire, with a particular focus on healthcare and adult social care workers who face disproportionate pressures including low pay, social isolation, and barriers to accessing mainstream support services. The company does not distribute profits. Any surplus is reinvested into activities for the benefit of the community it serves.
