The principal activities of Select Sites Limited (“the Company”) are to purchase camping equipment for the Eurocamp Limited group (“the Group”), to enter into supply contracts with UK and non-UK manufacturers to negotiate the best possible terms for volume purchases and to ensure that the designs and quality of construction meet the demanding criteria of the company’s clients. This enables the company to provide a high level of flexible service, and the directors believe that the company structure and this activity enable the company to meet the seasonal business needs of its clients. The company leases mobile homes and camping equipment to its clients for varying periods to ensure that its clients always have the most appropriate models and equipment available for their needs.
