The principal activity of the Company during the period under review was that of property development management. For the period ended 31 December 2024 the Company is part of the Tikehau Special Opportunities II Master Fund. The fund is located in Luxembourg and invests in Western Europe. The fund targets investments in the consumer product, business product, service, information technology, healthcare, financial service, energy, material and resource sectors. The affiliated companies, all subsidiaries of Tikehau Special Opportunities II Master Fund, are delivering the development of a 35,000 sqm mixed-use scheme. This project, The Arc, will consist of i) commercial income streams coming from the office and retail elements held by 225 City Road Limited and ii) 100 apartments being separately sold to individual owners by 255 City Residences Limited. The development of this project is managed by Scientia Holdings Limited and led by our excellent construction teams.
