The principal activity of the Company during the year was that of the employment of sales representatives in the United Kingdom. Further to the Vyaire acquisition on 1 May 2023, the Company’s activity became marketing single-use and limited-use respiratory and anesthesia care solutions, including circuits, multiuse monitoring cables and oxygen delivery interfaces, resuscitation devices, water, masks, and cannulas. From 1 January 2024, the Company also became a direct seller of products to customers.
