Safelane Global International Ltd
The Group's primary business stream is the elimination or mitigation of explosive threats, including unexploded ordnance (UXO) and land mines, both on land and under water. These services include the provision of demining, consultancy, training, survey, investigation and disposal. The Group is engaged in the delivery of services to a number of principle sectors, including - Humanitarian assistance: consultancy, training, explosive ordnance disposal (EOD) and de-mining. Intrusive and non-intrusive surveys - Oil and Gas (O&G): consultancy, training, EOD and canine detection services - Security Sector: consultancy, training and canine detection services. These services are delivered around the world, in countries that are experiencing or have experienced conflict in the past. Such countries include Somalia, South Sudan, and Azerbaijan. 2024 has been a year of restructuring. The separation of the International business from UK operations and a return of the business to its primary focus has led to short term disruptions in the financial performance of SafeLane Global International and its subsidiaries. Group performance has been further exacerbated by profitability challenges across three core contracts. Through 2024 and 2025, SafeLane has largely resolved these issues and is working to realign the business in order to return to profitability while focusing on diversification of service offering and international growth. SafeLane Global International has the support of entities within the broader SafeLane Group and this transition and restructuring represents a rebasing of our UK led operations, setting the foundation for the future.
