The company’s main activity continues to be infrastructure work under construction contracts, with the intention of aligning Sacyr UK Limited’s contract awards with the Sacyr Group’s ambition to become a P3 developer with a strong construction division. To this end, FY2025 was a successful year in terms of achieving strategic objectives, principally in respect of the New Velindre Cancer Centre in Southeast entering the construction phase and SACYR UK Limited being awarded approved contractor status for the New Hospital Programme (NHP) for NHS England. The New Hospital Programme is a national initiative to deliver a new generation of hospitals across England, improving patient safety, clinical outcomes and sustainability through modern design, digital integration and standardised approaches to construction. As shown in the profit and loss, the company’s revenue increased by 34.13% compared with 2024, to £75,724,456 from £56,457,226. The operating profit was £4,630,724 for the year to 31 December 2025 compared to £4,935,268 for the year to 31 December 2024. Gross profit decreased from 25% to 14.40% due to increase in Cost of Sales. As at 31 December 2025 the company had net current assets of £7,061,725 (2024: £2,034,989) and net assets of £7,161,203 (2024 £ 2,127,655) as shown on the balance sheet/statement of financial position.
