Sacred Earth Activism CIC

During the financial year ending April 2025, Sacred Earth Activism CIC has advanced its mission through three main areas of work: 1. Sacred Lands Charter - We worked with around 15 organisations and groups, including the British Pilgrimage Trust, English Heritage, and several faith organisations, to develop and promote the Sacred Lands Charter. Consultation meetings and discussions helped us identify areas of collaboration to expand the reach and impact of this work, as well as guiding the development of our advocacy strategy. 2. Ritual in Action - We supported campaigning groups to incorporate ritual and ceremony into demonstrations and marches, offering direct support at events and training for groups wishing to integrate ritual practice into their own movements. Plans are underway to scale up the Ritual in Action course and expand resources for groups and campaigns. 3. Community engagement and platforms - We hosted an online summit with around 250 participants and held a speakers’ tent at a UK festival. We were invited to speak at various conferences and events about the work that we are doing, expanding the reach of our work. Across our online presence, the Sacred Earth Activism pages reached more than 200,000 people. These activities created new partnerships, strengthened networks, and amplified the voices of allied movements.
