Established in 2020, we provide a broad range of property related solutions to Epping Forest District Council (“EFDC”). We are wholly owned by EFDC but are able to provide services in the external marketplace. Our principal activities are: Commercial Asset Management (from April 2025) Responsive Repairs Void refurbishment Grounds Maintenance Planned Maintenance Heating and Hot Water servicing and breakdown Electrical testing and remedials Cyclical decoration Residential block management Garden care and handyman service
