HPP UK was registered on 19th August 2016 by Hofer Powertrain International GmbH, and on 23rd March 2017, Elring Klinger AG purchased a 53% holding. The Company was established to deliver the production element of a transmission being developed with a premier OEM, and to provide a manufacturing facility to supply contracted high end complex transmissions to the automotive industry. There have not been any changes in the Company's principal activities during the year under review.
