In the accounting period we raised funds from Arts Council England and Sussex Community Foundation for Romeo and Juliet Newhaven, recruited the young acting and production company (16-25) for the production with LYT Productions, established our Making Arts Accessible Programme (MAAP), worked with SCDA to realise our rehearsal programme, collaborated with Newhaven Fort as our host for the production in July, produced a full length script of our re-imagined version of Romeo and Juliet, recruited professional artists to support the production, took bookings from three schools for our matinee performances of Romeo and Juliet and launched a social media campaign for the production in July.
