Palestine Solidarity Campaign Ltd
OBJECTIVES OF THE CAMPAIGN PSC's purpose is to build a mass solidarity movement in support of the Palestinian people and their rights, campaigning for support by the British Government of those rights. These are primarily the right to self-determination and the right of return of the Palestinian people, with the immediate end to Israeli occupation. PSC opposes all forms of racism, including anti-Jewish prejudice, Islamophobia, and the apartheid nature of the Israeli state. Underpinning this work is the raising of funds and the good running of the organisation and its activities, through a small number of employed staff and the many volunteers and committed members and officers in the branches. REVIEW OF CAMPAIGNING ACTIVITIES Fundraising As a voluntary organisation PSC relies on its members for financial support. As well as membership contributions and donations, events are held by members throughout the country. Annual Report PSC's activities in the year are detailed in the Annual Report which is available from the office. Future activities PSC will continue its campaigns against Israel's siege on Gaza, its settlement building, its ethnic cleansing and racism and its treatment of child and political prisoners. ORGANISATION The Branch Forum meets physically three times a year and online weekly for the interchange of information, discussion and training. It is a key vehicle for discussion with branches. The Forum has an important role as a consultative body for discussion before and after the AGM about the Annual Plan, and for progress on its implementation and on policy matters.
