P.I.P (Fletton Quays) Limited

The principal activity of the company is that of the buying and selling of real estate. The company has been set up as a special purpose vehicle to undertake a development project at a site referred to as Fletton Quays by the parent LLP, Peterborough Investment Partnership LLP. This is a 50:50 joint venture partnership between Peterborough Partnership Limited and Peterborough City Council. The Group is effectively financed through loans made available by the designated members in the parent LLP, which can be for land or finance. Historically it has been the parent LLP that then provides financial support to the subsidiary to meet its direct costs and overheads. However the company now has its own funds and working capital.
