Directors’ Report – Principal Activities of the Company The principal activities of the company during the financial year were the repair, refurbishment and sale of bicycles to improve access to affordable and sustainable transport, alongside the delivery of community-based workshop activity focused on skills development and wellbeing. The company operated a local hub providing practical bike maintenance services, learning opportunities, and a welcoming community space. Activities were delivered locally with a focus on reuse and environmental sustainability, aiming to support mobility, employability, health and social connection for local residents, including children and young people.
