The Company’s principal activity was dealing in investments as principal (matched-principal broker). The Company is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (‘FCA’). The performance for the year, and the position at 31 December 2025, are considered satisfactory and the directors are optimistic about the future as the business seeks to continue to grow its client base in the UK. During the year, the Company experienced a slight increase in expenses compared to its previously maintained low-cost base strategy, some of the expenses were considered as one-off expenses. Therefore, the directors are confident that from next year, the cost base will return to prior levels, ensuring continued efficiency. With a growing UK client base and a controlled cost structure, the Company is well-positioned for continued success.
