I have considered as part of the preparation of these accounts that the company is exempt from an audit for the year ended 31 October 2024. I have acknowledged on the balance sheet my responsibilities for complying with Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of these accounts. These responsibilities include preparing accounts that give a true and fair view of the company and state of affairs of the company at the end of the financial year and of its profit and loss for the financial year. In accordance with the requirements of Companies Act 2006, I have prepared the accounts which comprise the profit and loss account, the balance sheet, and the related notes from the accounting records of the company on the basis of information and explanations I have received by myself and those near me. I have not carried out a formal audit or any other review, and consequently am not able to express an opinion on these accounts. I have however gathered information regarding the social circumstances surrounding these accounts (ref Surrey Police 45259124819).
