Imt Forever CIC
IMT FOREVER CIC supports and invests in local communities to improve physical and mental wellbeing. We do this through regular exercise and movement classes for older adults, activities which reduce loneliness and isolation and events and activities that build community cohesion supporting many individuals and community groups across Calderdale. Our overall aim is to work as an essential partner to help overcome national and local challenges relating to physical inactivity, mental wellbeing, social and community cohesion and individual development.
