The Company's financial statements are consolidated in the financial statements of the LLP on the basis that the LLP, through its Managing Partner, has the ability to appoint and remove Directors, as well as govern the financial and operating policies of the Company. The principal activity of the Company's subsidiary undertaking, Medical Accident Group Limited, throughout the year is the provision of legal services. Medical Accident Group Limited is consolidated in these financial statements as it is a wholly owned subsidiary.
