The company continued to supply educational support activities during the year in its second year as a fully activated CIC, the previous years having been preparatory years to enable a Course to start. The main activity has been in the delivery of the pioneering Aviation Operations course and the design, development and supply of new Aviation courses for young aspiring aviation people to be employed in the industry. The course was initially adopted by Harrow, Richmond and Uxbridge College Group for deployment in the Uxbridge College site from September 2024 and in partnership with Heathrow Airport. Initially, 20 students were be enrolled on the two year full-time Course that fulfils Charitable Object 4 in the CIC's vision. Subsequently, two new Colleges were commissioned and start delivery in September 2025. This will also form the 'spine' of the new pathway activities as they grow nationally and enable the other Charitable Objects to be deployed. An Advisory Board of industry and educational influential people met for the first time at Heathrow Airport in March 2025 and again in June 2025 at British Airways. This enables the CIC to start full activities across the whole range of Objects and this work will continue apace.
