The advancement of carnival arts for the public benefit through development and delivery of Caribbean carnivals with the focus in the East Midlands area.The objects of the Company are to carry out activities which benefits the community and in particular (without limitation) to:1) The advancement of carnival arts for the public benefits.2) The development and delivery of Caribbean Carnival with a focus on the East Midlands region and especially (though not exclusively) Derby, Leicester, Northampton and Nottingham.3) The advancement of education for the public benefit, in particular through providing opportunities to take part in Carnival Arts.4) To promote education and training about and through Carnival Arts, with a particular focus on those who are young or at school or economic disadvantage, with a view to developing people skills and helping them to contribute to society.
