Circus For Survivors CIC

Circus for Survivors CIC is a community interest company delivering free, creative and movement-based workshops to support community wellbeing, bodily autonomy and social connection. We use a creative and somatic framework, which has a broad public-health and community wellbeing remit. The organisation works with people who experience exclusion, stigma or barriers to accessing mainstream wellbeing provision, including people affected by poverty or housing insecurity, people living with chronic illness or disability, people facing menstrual health challenges, elders, and others whose needs are not well met by traditional services. Our aim is to build workshops nationally in an effort to bridge the gap between physical health and emotional wellbeing.
