Directors’ Report Box3Education CIC continues to develop its creative education and wellbeing hub at The Mall, Bexleyheath. The organisation’s purpose is to provide accessible design and architecture training, wellbeing sessions, and community workshops that help people progress into further education or employment within the creative industries. During this period, the company has made progress in refurbishing its premises, establishing community links, and running introductory activities including weekly Canvas and Paint workshops and free community piano practice sessions. Volunteers have actively supported the decoration and setup of the new space, reflecting the project’s collaborative community spirit. The directors remain committed to transparency and reinvestment of all surpluses into free student places, creative equipment, and community development. The directors confirm that they have met their statutory duties under the Companies Act 2006 to promote the success of the company for the benefit of the community.
