We trained breastfeeding supporters and birth workers to deliver structured, evidence-informed education within their communities. We also provided direct peer support to parents through online forums and local Leicester community networks. This helped improve parental confidence, earlier signposting to appropriate services, and reduced isolation. Online community support also provided accessible reassurance and evidence-based information
