The principal activity of the company in the year under review was that of the design and manufacture of meter boxes and plastic / gun-metal service fittings for use in the water industry. Due to the sale to new ownership during the financial year we discontinued the distribution of valves. The directors are not aware, at the date of this report of any likely major changes in the Company's activities in the next year. Results The profit after taxation for the financial year ended 30 September 2023 was £3.496m (2022: £600k).
