Aspire Defence Services Limited

The Company is a special purpose company which has been set up to execute an element of the Ministry of Defence’s Project Allenby/Connaught (“the Project”). The project is a 35-year concession to maintain the estates in Aldershot and the Salisbury Plain areas under the Government’s Private Finance Initiative ("PFI"). The Company is providing management services, maintenance services (“Hard FM”), and a range of soft services comprising security services, other support services, stores services and transport services as well as discharging their contractual obligations to manage Aspire Defence Services’ (“ADS”) other sub-contractors, MUJV (provides utilities services) and Sodexo (provides retail and accommodation services – largely cleaning and catering).
