Affordable Talk CIC
Affordable Talk CIC have continued to offer low cost, affordable counselling both in our offices in Cardiff Bay, and online. We currently have a team of c. 15 therapists, including trainees who volunteer as part of their counselling training placements, newly qualified and qualified therapists. During 2025 we were able to offer over 1700 affordable counselling appointments to over 120 people. We also offered clinical supervision to wellbeing staff based in a local college, and work-based mental health and wellbeing training to local organisations.
