For the financial year ending 31 March 2023, YoungMinds Trading Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Young Minds Trust (“YoungMinds”) became active and has continued to grow its commercial operations. Our principal activities revolve around managing commercial participation agreements with corporate partners. We facilitate collaborative arrangements with an array of businesses who share our commitment to improving mental health services and awareness for young people. By harnessing the mutual benefits of these partnerships, we have been successful in generating income to support the charitable objectives of YoungMinds. These agreements often involve partners using their resources and reach to generate sales or donations for YoungMinds. This can take many forms, from co-branded product sales, whereby a portion of profits is donated to the charity, to strategic initiatives designed to raise awareness and funds. The results for the year and the financial position of the company are detailed in the attached financial statements. Moving forward, YoungMinds Trading Limited will continue to strengthen and diversify our commercial participation agreements, exploring new partnership opportunities and potential revenue streams. We remain dedicated to aligning all our activities with the core mission of YoungMinds and ensuring our commercial endeavours contribute positively towards the charity’s mission.
