Vault Finance Ltd (the "Company") is a wholly-owned special purpose entity who’s sole purpose is to acquire the beneficial interest in loan receivables originated by its parent, Fairscore Ltd, and to use these assets as collateral to support borrowings from wholesale lenders, who take security over these loan assets and the Company. The Company conducts no other trade, has no employees and has only the revenues and liabilities associated with holding the loan assets. Fairscore Ltd (the "Parent") operates an online and app-based lending platform that makes loans to UK resident individuals to facilitate the refinancing of expensive credit card and overdraft debt. The app also supports consumer financial wellbeing with free to use tutorials, free credit scores etc., regardless of whether the user is a borrower.
