During the year, the principal activities of TRAINING. EDUCATION. VOLUNTEERING. APPRENTICESHIPS. T/A TEVA ENTERPRISES CIC continued to focus on supporting individuals across London through wellbeing, fitness, employment and community-based interventions. The company delivered structured programmes aimed at improving physical and mental wellbeing and provided tailored support for individuals experiencing multiple forms of disadvantage, including those with involvement in the criminal justice system, long-term unemployment and dual mental health needs. The company also delivered employment-focused support, including guidance into relevant training and courses and assistance with obtaining essential identification documents such as passports and birth certificates. This work helped to remove significant barriers that often prevent individuals from accessing employment, education and public services. During the year, the director strengthened the organisation’s external engagement by building relationships with like-minded organisations, practitioners and sector partners to increase visibility and expand collaborative opportunities. The company also delivered a motivational talk within a university setting to raise awareness of community challenges and highlight opportunities for engagement. The director maintained oversight of programme development and ensured that services remained person-centred, outcome-focused and aligned with the organisation’s community objectives. Through these activities, TRAINING. EDUCATION. VOLUNTEERING. APPRENTICESHIPS. T/A TEVA ENTERPRISES CIC continued to contribute positively to reducing social isolation, improving access to wellbeing support and empowering individuals to progress towards long-term stability.
