The Sustain Ability Project CIC

The company has continued to actively engage with young people across the South West of England through attendance at careers fairs, the delivery of online webinars, and the provision of one-to-one employability support and guidance. Through these activities, the company has helped raise aspirations, increase awareness of career opportunities, and support young people in developing the skills and confidence needed to progress into employment, education, or training. Engagement has also been maintained through a growing email subscriber network, enabling the company to share opportunities, resources, and inspirational content with a wider audience. In addition, the company has supported volunteers in developing and sharing their knowledge and experience through international community projects, including work undertaken in Madagascar, further extending the social impact of its activities and promoting global citizenship and personal development.
