It is anticipated that in the forthcoming year the Company will continue to hold, as well as licence, Intellectual Property.On 24 March 2023 the Company purchased a license from Freeline Therapeutics Limited for up front consideration of £500,000 to use Patents PCT/GB2022/052787, PCT/GB2021/051627, PCT/GB2022/052792 and immediately sublicensed this to Beacon Therapeutics Limited (formerly Alliance Holdco Limited) for upfront consideration of £500,000. Freeline Therapeutics Holdings Limited and Beacon Therapeutics Limited are affiliates of Syncona Limited, the Ultimate Parent Company of the Company.
