Stream of Water CIC is community interest company committed to promoting mental health and emotional wellbeing within the Caribbean community. We cater to the needs of the Afro-Caribbean and black community. We look through the lens of Intergenerational trauma. Our project activities will include Dramatherapy sessions centred around the realisation, freedom, and healing from Intergenerational trauma within the Afro-Caribbean community due to the effects of Windrush and Slavery. Vision To break the chains of Intergenerational trauma and foster healing in the Afro-Caribbean and black communities. Mission To bring collective and individual healing and mental well-being to the black community through transformative Dramatherapy sessions. Goal To reverse the decline in the mental health of the Afro-Caribbean community. To see transformation, acceptance and healing individually and collectively.
