The principal activity of the company is that of building contractors, undertaking construction projects across a variety of sectors including education, healthcare, commercial, sports, leisure, retail and housing. The principal activity of the Company is that of a holding Company. The Company was incorporated on 10 October 2024. On 14 October 2024, the Company acquired Speller Metcalfe Limited and its subsidiaries as part of a transaction which resulted in a change in the Group's ultimate ownership. As the transaction qualified as a share-for-share exchange and the Company obtained more than 90% of the equity share capital of the acquired Company, the excess of the fair value of the consideration over the nominal value of shares issued has been recognised within a merger reserve.
