Ravenscroft Capital (UK) Limited ("the Company") is a corporate broking and advisory services business operating in the United Kingdom. The Company is a private company, incorporated in the United Kingdom on 11 March 2021 and acts as an Appointed Representative of Messels Limited, which is regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA") operating in the United Kingdom. As the Company qualifies under the small companies regime of The Companies Act 2006, the director has elected to take advantage of the exemption to present a strategic report. On 5 December 2024, Oliver Goad purchased 70% of the issued share capital of the Company from Ravenscroft Holdings Limited ("RHL"). Following this purchase, Oliver Goad owned 100% of the issued share capital of the Company and from this date, the Company was no longer part of the Ravenscroft Group and became a standalone company.
