On 28 March 2025 the group headed by Project Cake Topco Limited was acquired by Agility Bidco Limited, post acquisition the ultimate controlling party is Agility Topco Limited. The Company acts as a holding company. The activities of Project Cake Bidco Limited and the subsidiary undertakings, as disclosed within note 12 of the financial statements, are consolidated in the financial statements of the Parent Company, Project Cake Topco Limited.
